You can check in between 1.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. By prior arrangement, to 10.00 p.m. After 10.00 p.m., check in is not possible.

We offer a transfer service up to 8 people to Bolzano, on reservation, for 30, - € each way.

Our cancellation terms:
The reservation can be canceled online. The cancellation request must be submitted at least two days before arrival date.
If the reservation is not canceled at least three days before the arrival date or no-shows will be charged the following services:
One (1) overnight stay when were reserved to 4 nights.
Two (2) nights, when more than 4 nights were reserved. Calculates is the price confirmed from the hotel.
The reservation is considered to 18.00 clock on arrival. For late arrival please contact us.
